dear park........

i've missed you so. this is definitely one of the downsides to working, because i dont get to go and visit you that often. but, i'll try to more now. cause, i really enjoyed my visit tonight. just had to tell you.

ohhhhhhhh my.

i know, i haven't posted in a while... but, i've been busy lately..... so... yeah. i've honestly been missing blogging lately. sooooooo. today, i painted this lovely little painting of two hedgehogs. sooo cute. love love loveeeee. and i also painted a painting of two deer last week. i'm loving painting soo much. and... i've decided to not go w/ my original idea of what my first line would be........ so, instead of first kiss... it's going to be something on the lines of "you and me", "us", or "our love"......... but.. i haven't decided yet....

i took some self portraits today..... and i discovered my newest favorite place to take pictures. loveees.

so yeah. i love my hair. didn't shower today (thought i was going swimming... but didnt.......) and my hair still looks pretty good. gotta love it. so yeah. i got more to say. but, for some reason.. i feel like putting it in another post. call me weird. but, whatever.

summer joys.

so, incase you didn't notice by the rising temperature (and the fact that there is no school) it is summer. hallelujah. summer for me means a few things: no school, getting to spend more time w/ my man, painting alot, and working. and yes, i did just say working. last wednesday, i went in for my first job interview at merritt's bakery (i was interviewed by my cousin, go figure.). and, i got a job!!!! i start on wednesday, and i will be working the afternoon shift and that insures me a good 35-40 hours of working!!!!! which means....... that i am getting ever closer to owning a car (hopefully a classic vw bug....). so, naturally... i'm quite excited.

as for other things that have been happening...... i have been painting some. ok, alot. last week i did 2 paintings... and today i finally did a lovely painting for miss nellie rae!

i think i am actually going to be selling this one... or atleast, that what i PLAN to do.. but, who knows. i do love it quite alot....... hmm. i just have to let go.

and this lovely lady is hanging on my wall.. definitely not getting rid of her. this painting actually has a design for something else (that mr. howe knows about) in it.........
anyways.. i am quite excited about painting at the moment.. since i hope to sell alot of my artwork this summer... so, along w/ merritt's and selling my artwork.. i will hopefully have enough money for a car!! and, then i am saving for a camera... which IS saving for college, thank you very much mother.. since i kinda need a camera to take photography classes in college and to submit acceptable photos. speaking of photos, i am a horrible (aspiring to be) photographer.. who still hasn't gotten any pics of her and her man. how sad. and, i have had quite a few opportunities to do so...... but, havent. hmm. must make that happen if he comes over monday, hopefully.
anyways... that's what's been going on in my world lately.
